OUR STORY
We are the Homa Family! Corey and Laura and our four children, Hannah, Landon, Aidan and Julia. When our sons were suffering from chronic eczema, I knew there had to be a better answer than lotions and steroid creams. I did a deep dive into investigating how to heal their eczema from the inside out and realized so much of what we were putting into and onto our bodies was problematic. I now strive to nourish my family with REAL, wholesome foods and I’m committed to producing pure dairy products, meats, eggs and honey accessible to our community as well. I have a passion for sharing these experiences with children of all ages. Our vision for our homestead continues to evolve in many exciting ways. We look forward to sharing the journey with you!

MILK SHARES
We have a limited amount of herdshares open immediately and more coming this spring!
We are a raw milk, microdairy offering herdshares to our community. How does it work? Each family purchases a percentage of the dairy herd and pays boarding fees to cover the costs of feed and care of the animals which in turn gives them access to an equal percentage of milk production.
There is an initial fee of $50 to purchase your share which also includes usage of our glass bottles for milk collection.
Monthly Boarding Fees are as follows:
Cow Shares: • $75/month per full share (1 gallon of milk per week)• $37.50/month per half share (1/2 gallon of milk per week)
Goat Shares: • $80/month per full share (1 gallon of milk per week) • $40/month per half share (1/2 gallon of milk per week)
Sheep Shares: COMING SOON!

OUR DAIRY HERD
Our Dairy Herd is made up of Jersey Cows, Nigerian Dwarf Goats and Southdown Babydoll Sheep. Each of these breeds were selected for their exceptionally rich and creamy milk qualities. Our animals are fed high quality, organic alfalfa and grass hay and have free access to minerals and kelp. During milking, they enjoy an organic mix of barley, field peas, oats, black oil sunflower seeds. Our milk is not pasteurized or homogenized (although goat and sheep milk is naturally homogenized) to bring you all the benefits of the freshest, highest quality, pure milk just as God intended.
Our A2 Jersey Cow milk contains considerably higher amounts of protein, calcium, phosphorous and vitamin B12 compared to other breeds. It’s ideal for making butter, cheese and ice cream and it’s amazingly creamy and delicious when enjoyed in a glass all on it’s own!
Our Nigerian Dwarf Goat milk has all the wonderful qualities of our cow milk in addition to being easier to digest, less allergenic and contains fewer inflammatory qualities. It’s also wonderful for your skin when used in lotions, soaps and lip balms! Despite what you may think, fresh goat milk has a sweet, mild flavor very similar to cow milk. In fact, in blind taste tests, most people don’t even know the difference!
Our Southdown Babydoll Sheep milk is even more easily digested than cow or goat milk. Many people who cannot tolerate dairy from cows and goats find that they can handle sheep milk without issue. It is abundantly rich with double the amount of calcium of cow milk and high levels of protein, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, thiamin, riboflavin, vitamin B6 and B12 and vitamin D. Babydoll sheep milk has a mild, sweet flavor compared to other sheep breeds.
